Empezaron su negocio con un concepto de tiendas itinerantes: los mismos fundadores recorr\u00edan Espa\u00f1a con la furgoneta de uno de ellos vendiendo las zapatillas que hab\u00edan dise\u00f1ado, vendi\u00e9ndolas en los mercados de todo el pa\u00eds los fines de semana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las ventas en los mercados, que promocionaban a trav\u00e9s de las redes sociales ten\u00edan mucho \u00e9xito, y pronto decidieron dar el salto al online con la ayuda de un amigo programador que le mont\u00f3 su primera web en la que manten\u00edan el concepto de venta activa solo durante el fin de semana. Para Black Friday hemos puesto un trigger muy personalizado que mostraba los modelos favoritos de cada persona de la empresa, y hemos podido aplicar t\u00e9cnicas de cross selling con triggers de outfit completos recomendados por cada persona del equipo, algo personalizado que humaniza el trato con nuestro cliente sin resultar invasivo\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sara nos cuenta que los factores frenantes en la compra de sus productos, son dudas principalmente respecto al color real de las zapatillas, que ellos solucionan mostrando m\u00e1s fotos del producto. Otras dudas vienen respecto a la composici\u00f3n, la talla y el cuidado de los zapatos, para esto dedican a cada sesi\u00f3n de chat, una media de diez minutos. Adem\u00e1s, poder ver los productos vistos por el cliente, hace que identifiquen r\u00e1pidamente sus gustos, y que le puedan recomendar los productos adecuados.
