Odoo compatiblity & integrations
Oct8ne integrates 100% with Odoo’s ticketing system. With the integration you will be able to:
- Generate activities and leads manually or automatically when the conversation is finished.
- View information on open activities of a lead during the conversation.
- Generate tickets from the contact form.
- Generate leads and customizable activities from the chatbot.
To integrate Oct8ne with Odoo, go to the control panel to Settings > Integrations > CRM > Odoo and fill in the following data:
