Pipedrive compatiblity & integrations
Oct8ne integrates with Pipedrive‘s activity system. With the integration, you can:
- Create Contacts and Activities manually or automatically when the conversation ends.
- Generate contacts and Activities from the contact form.
- Generate customizable Contacts and Activities from the chatbot.
To integrate Oct8ne with Pipedrive, go to the control panel to Settings > Integrations > CRM > Pipedrive and complete the following details:
- URL
- ApiKey
- Type of activity to generate
