Oct8ne integrates with Blogger through our script code.

Register in Oct8ne and create your user account

Access the control panel and the code script will appear in the pop-up window. If you have closed this option, you can find it in Management > Installation > Active domains > Code. Remember to choose the language in which you want to view the chat before copying the script.

Log into your Blogger admin panel. Once inside, go to the Theme option on the left side menu. Select the template you are currently using on your blog and click Edit HTML. Here you will find the HTML code that makes up your blog, scroll to the end and look for the </body> tag.

Paste the Oct8ne code just before the tag. Make sure the code has been aligned with the left margin of the document. If not, delete the extra spaces to prevent Blogger from recognizing them as special characters and add additional code, this would block Oct8ne from working.

Save the changes made in Save topic and you will see Oct8ne’s livechat in the bottom right of your blog.
