Oct8ne is 100% integrated with the Zappier ticketing system. With the integration you will be able to send Zappier the transcript of conversations including the following data:
- Name
- Subject
- Description
- Transcription in text format
To integrate Oct8ne with Zappier, you will need to generate a code (trigger) from the Zappier dashboard and send it to support@oct8ne.com
