Oct8ne integrates 100% with the Microsoft Dynamics ticketing system. With the integration you will be able to:

• Send tickets to Dynamics manually or automatically when the conversation ends.
• View information on Dynamics tickets during a conversation with a customer.
• Generate tickets from the contact form.
• Generate fully customizable tickets from the chatbot.

To integrate Oct8ne with Dynamics, go to the control panel to Settings > Integrations > CRM > Microsoft Dynamics Sales and fill in the following data:

• Domain
• Dynamics ClientId
• Dynamics ClientSecret
• Tenant Azure
